Chairman's Note
JOHNY INTERNATIONAL GROUP has come a long way in a short time. Since the company began operations in 1998, we have invested heavily in providing hospitality service and supplies to India and the Middle East. We have focused particularly on the MENA region with headquarters in the UAE and with satellite offices in the GCC, India, Canada and the USA providing support. Our focus is on providing the finest Hospitality Service and supplies with our existing and future relationships of International manufacturers who are renowned worldwide for their quality & standards.
Our investments include investing in Hotels,Hygiene Products, Hotel Supplies, Logistics & Shipping, Car Rental Services, Kitchen & Housekeeping Chemicals, Facilities Management, and all other hospitality related services. Over the years, we have seen our investments deliver solid results for our customers and investors. As our name suggests we intend to expand globally and to be renowned as an International Group that provides the finest services in the Hospitality Industry worldwide.
Because we understand that people are our most valuable asset, we invest heavily in them. Through programs of continuous improvement and training, JOHNY INTERNATIONAL GROUP employees are taught the skills important to delivering excellent service to customers. The result is a better educated, more flexible and more productive workforce with enhanced skill sets, who follow a SYSTEM – an essential ingredient to achieving and maintaining profitable growth.
We follow & believe in having this strong " System ", in place, as no one is indispensable, and so that the organization does not have to rely on a particular position or individual, but follows this system or Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP’s ), in achieving the company goals.
A highly skilled & professional team is managing all this growth, with the objective that our commitments to our customers and partners are maximized further, which also replicate in our vision statement.

My task and goal is to follow, lead & implement the Chairman & Founder's dream and vision, to make Johny International Group a world class Hospitality Services & Supplies Group and also a trusted Hotel Chain.
As we instantly navigate our short-term challenges, we will not lose sight of our long-term vision to manage to deliver superior & sustainable hospitality service & products to the world and to create a world class chain of Hotels in the International Travel and Tourism market.
There are a number of areas for which we can already report progress. We shall continue to undergo gap analysis exercises centered on identifying the need for stronger business governance over strategic and growth matters and on ensuring more direct engagement and adherence to our corporate objectives. We shall also pursue refreshing our company vision and strengthening its connection to our core mission which remain the focal bonding among the three sustainable pillars:
People, Product and Process.
